Privacy Notice

Effective date: 2026-07-14. This notice describes how OOC Unlimited collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Retirement Income Snapshot questionnaire and related communications, and the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and comparable state laws.

Notice at Collection

We collect the categories of personal information described below at the point you interact with this questionnaire and when you communicate with us. We collect this information to respond to your request, determine eligibility, prepare for a conversation with a licensed insurance agent, maintain consent and compliance records, and measure the performance of our pages and advertising. We retain the information as described under "Data retention." We do not sell your personal information for money; certain online-advertising data sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under CPRA, and you may opt out as described under "Your privacy choices."

Categories of personal information we collect

• Identifiers — name, email address, telephone number, and online identifiers such as IP address and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid).
• Contact and commercial information — the responses you provide in the questionnaire, such as approximate asset range, possible savings or retirement funding-source status, age range, state of residence, and whether you currently own an annuity.
• Internet, device, and usage activity — pages viewed, referring and landing URLs, and interactions with our pages, collected through cookies and similar measurement technologies.
• Inferences — eligibility framing derived from your responses (for example an educational follow-up tier).

We do not ask for and do not intend to collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through this questionnaire.

Purposes for which we use personal information

• To respond to your request and provide the questionnaire result.
• To determine whether the questionnaire is available in your area and whether you may qualify to speak with a licensed insurance agent.
• To contact you, with your consent, about annuities and other insurance products.
• To maintain consent evidence and meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
• To measure, debug, and secure our pages and to evaluate advertising performance.

Categories of third parties and service providers

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, who process it on our behalf or receive advertising-measurement data:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) — advertising measurement and conversion reporting.
• Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — customer relationship management, scheduling, and communications delivery.
• Supabase — database hosting for consent, contact, and booking records.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — encrypted, append-only compliance record storage.

The selected funding-source answer in the Annuity Match questionnaire is retained in a restricted, append-only first-party evidence record. We do not include that answer or an encoded proxy for it in CRM fields or tags, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, TikTok Pixel or Events API, Google Analytics, URLs, referrers, analytics events, session replay, application logs, or advertising-provider payloads.

Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Phone Verification Terms and Conditions

When you choose Send Verification Code or Resend code in the Annuity Match questionnaire, you request a one-time text message from OOC Unlimited to confirm your mobile number. We send a code when you request one, including any resend you request. Message and data rates may apply. Verifying your number does not subscribe you to marketing texts; those remain a separate, optional choice.

Reply STOP to stop verification messages or HELP for help. For assistance, call OOC Unlimited at (321) 415-4970. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle the information you provide.

Data retention

We retain consent, contact, and booking records in an append-only compliance store for approximately five (5) years to meet insurance, telecommunications (TCPA/CTIA), and other legal record-keeping obligations, and thereafter delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is required by law. Advertising-measurement data is retained according to the applicable processor's policies.

Your privacy rights

Subject to verification and legal limits, California residents (and residents of states with comparable laws) may exercise the following rights:

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions such as our record-keeping obligations.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, contact us using the details under "How to exercise your rights" and state that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where an on-page opt-out control is presented, you may also use that control to withdraw advertising-measurement sharing on your device.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal. Where enabled, a GPC signal transmitted by your browser or a browser extension is treated as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and device.

How to exercise your rights
